So it's been awhile since I last posted. What's new up here in New England? Well, it's starting to get colder, although today is going to be in the 60's. We have a chance for snow on Monday but it's not clear yet if the low is going to move close enough to the coast for that. It's nearly December and I haven't seen so much as a flurry yet. My mom told me they had flurries in Orlando not that long ago. That's just not right! I NEED some snow. We're getting all of our Christmas decorations out. I've decorated in the dining and living rooms already. I'll put up some pictures when we get our tree!
Elisabeth continues to improve her mobility skills. She's quite a fast crawler now. She's also doing a lot of pulling up and also coasting now. I think she'll be walking in the next month or so. Her vocabulary is expanding; it now includes: hi, bye, ba-ba (drink), cracker, wow, please (sounds more like meeiii?). It's been fun seeing her learn how to communicate with us.

My job is going well. Next week is my last class for the semester. It went by so fast. In January I'm going to begin teaching 3 days a week, 3 lecture classes. I'm really excited about the opportunity to be a more established and it was so nice to be asked to teach a lecture. I enjoyed doing the labs, but teaching the lecture portion of Weather and Climate was what I really wanted to do from the beginning. The person who taught it this semester is leaving, so they asked me if I would do it. I'm really looking forward to it!
Murphy seems to be doing better. She's on insulin now and the vet thinks we have finally regulated her dose. She's still really skinny but not losing any more weight right now.
I'm going to start teaching two women from my church how to quilt. I'm pretty excited about it. We're going to start with a potholder. I also went to a needlework night with another lady from church at a friend of her's house. That was fun too. They are all older than me, but that's ok. It's just nice to have some people that enjoy doing the same things that I do.
Elisabeth is currently standing at the storm door looking outside. I think she's looking for da-da who just left for work. Here is what that looks like...

She is adorable!!!!!
Thanks for the pictures! I was just wondering today what Elisabeth looks like, since Jack has changed so much recently. I miss you so much! My week ahs been really crazy becuase the president of the preschool (my friend) stole the preschool's $7000, and I have been on the phone for hours and hours and hours . . . I will tell you all about it. I am so glad you are finding people to hang out with! I will call you soon.
Awwwww! Sorry it took me so long to comment. For some reason the pics and videos weren't showing up at work and I kept forgetting to check when I was at home. I recognize that brown shirt!
I can't believe how much more hair she has.
I love her.
I seriously watch that video of Elisabeth at least once a day.
That video could end wars and world hunger.
